First Official Blog Entry
Wow, my first official blog!!! I've actually tried this one time before, but I didn't write down my own website I created (can't even remember what website I went through to create it!)
Anyway....
My son is 2 1/2 and changing so much from day to day. I feel like I need a place to document these changes so I can remember it all later on. I also have an 11 year old, and it is SO HARD sometimes to remember what he was like at this same age. I have some very fond memories of that time of my life. Back then I was a single mom, and it was just me and Josh against the world (although we had so much help, really). It seems like it was so much simpler then.
I just got an email from my brother. His daughter is having heart surgery on 10/14 and I'm so scared for him and his family. I think Kelci will be turning 15 on the 9th....what a birthday present. Hopefully this surgery will put an end to the problems she been having....maybe the medication as well? I don't know much about it. I think I've purposely distanced myself from the details because it scares me that I may learn that it's worse than I think, when actually it's likely that the opposite would happen. Hopefully he will take me up on my offer to help him and his wife out with ANYTHING while she's recovering from the surgery.
And Toby, if you're reading this- I mean ANYTHING.
